Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities, including planning, resource allocation, procurement, and risk management, to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, finance, and regulatory compliance, to drive project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project relationships, including clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to foster positive partnerships and ensure project alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the renewable energy industry, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as ProCore, Smartsheet, NetSuite, or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to renewable energy projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
